Nursery in Al Ghubaiba, Sharjah

Al Ghubaiba is home to a genuinely mixed community of families, and a nursery’s approach to inclusion matters more there than a generic curriculum pitch. At Bumble Bee Nursery, equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice are built into how we run our EYFS-based program, ensuring every child is included and supported.

What inclusive practice looks like

In practice, that means learning activities planned around each individual child’s needs and interests rather than a one-size-fits-all lesson plan, and a classroom culture where every child — regardless of background or starting point — gets full access to the same activities and attention.

A secure, safe environment for every child

That inclusive approach sits alongside the same safety standards across the nursery: CCTV-monitored, age-appropriate classrooms designed to be both stimulating and secure.
